Background
This cleanse routine is something that I do to feel lighter
and improve my digestion. What do I like about it? The food – it’s so delicious that I
actually miss it when I’m not doing the cleanse. What
else? It’s easy. I make a big
batch of food on Sunday, package it up in mason jars, and don’t have to think
about it the rest of the week. There’s
more. It helps me maintain my weight, while still eating
carbs!! Carbs you guys. I used to think carbs didn’t work for my
body. It turns out, these carbs do all
of the right things. This mono-diet is
the perfect food. It is a recovery food,
a healing food, and a cleansing food. It
